Consist of absolutely nothing!!! YEAH!!!
I like it when I can go into a weekend and just let the unexpected unexpectedly happen. It's always fun to see where the road goes.
I guess I DO have one thing to do...and that is write my "thank you" cards for Africa. That sounds simple, but how do I put EVERYTHING I have in my heart and in my mind in one card (albeit one very cool card that I designed with some pics I took while there) and let someone know they responded to and played a big part in that experience?! I'm sure I will come up with something to write. It will probably be more like, please go visit my Africa website so you can SEE and HEAR for yourself!!!
-- roomies just got home, changing direction --
I just said, "You have fresh buns" to one of my roomies. That was funny. She was offering me food for dinner and said there were hamburgers and organic mac and cheese and fresh whole wheat buns. That seemed like the only response to make. We are random like that.
Anyway, Noelle and I are making grilled cheese sandwiches before she heads off to Bible study. Nicole just left to help assimilate at group life tonight. Every time I hear that, I think of the Borg. "You will be assimilated." The Groups peeps should use that in their promotion and stuff...I think it would draw a lot of people in. Back to roomie update (if you wanted to know), Amy and Sarah are in LA for the Passion regional, so we are 2 down this weekend. My roommates are rock stars....I love them all!!!
It looks like it will just be me and the pups here tonight, though. I might get caught up on some TV. I realized earlier this evening that I haven't really watched TV since I returned from Kenya. I actually don't miss it! Crazy. But, I have to gear up for Lost, which begins very soon. I have been keeping my ear to the rumors sites, so there is a lot of stuff I can't wait to verify and catch up on.
-- all roomies have evacuated --
This has the potential to be the longest time-consuming post I've written. I started it 2 hours ago. Nice. Since then, I've eaten my yummy George Foreman'd grilled cheese, booked a plane ticket for the Passion DC regional at which I am volunteering, booked a hotel for said regional, talked to my mom about being home for the few days before aforementioned regional and all that will entail, and am now getting ready to put on super warm comfy clothes, play some Wii, and then watch TV.
Sounds like a good night.

haha, I thought that was your roomie we saw at Grouplink tonight. I couldn't remember where I had seen her before. Jared and I were laughing because at one point she was so focused on one of the tables that we thought she was about to attack it! We were kind of let down when she didn't, but we're like that. Always hoping for the unexpected.
