I'm hitting the road on May 12 with the Passion World Tour (Kiev, Stockholm, London - just for fun, and then Kampala). After that, though, I will be staying in Uganda for 2 months. You can read more about what I will be doing there on my other blog (at least you will be able to as soon as I update it...hopefully later today!).
The dilemma is this: what should I pack? what should I take with me?
I will need to have some normal clothes for the tour. I will probably just recycle the same 4-5 outfits along the way to conserve space, though. Sorry fellow tour mates! I promise to at least do laundry or bring febreeze. :O) In Uganda, I'm pretty sure I will be in a fairly normal work environment (as opposed to what you are probably thinking of Africa!), so I will need to have a lot of skirts and pants, which will also be recycled through a lot. So, the clothes aren't really an issue for me.
It's the other "stuff". Books, iPod, things that I take for granted here. Obviously, my Bible is going. But, with limited space, what else should I take to maintain some sort of connection to my world? The Macbook is a definite, because I will need it for the work I will be doing (and to stay connected to YOU and my parents!). Any other REALLY important things that HAVE to go?
Suggestions?

what should I take?

I would take a can of Raid and let God provide the rest. You're going to have an awesome trip...
